By submitting this application I declare that to the best of my knowledge, the information supplied in this application and any Curriculum Vitae provided is correct and I understand that if any false or deliberately misleading information is given, or any relevant material withheld, I will not be accepted, or if I am employed, my employment may be terminated at the discretion of management.

Visa Checks & qualifications Visa checks may be undertaken through Visa Entitlement Verification Online to assess candidate suitability for a position if the role requires unlimited work rights.
Windows Now may also request you to provide documentation related to or require you to provide relevant documentation associated with your qualifications relevant to the position you are applying for.
Consent to Contact Referees By submitting this application, I consent to the seeking verbal or written information on a confidential basis about me from representatives of my previous employers and/or referees and authorise the information sought to be released by them to the Windows Now to ascertain my suitability for the position for which I am applying.
I understand that a representative of Windows Now will contact me to gain my permission to contact any listed referee’s before conducting a reference.
The information received by Windows Now is supplied in confidence as evaluative material.
Medicals and Drug and Alcohol Testing Some positions in safety-sensitive areas may require you to undergo a pre-employment medical or drug and alcohol test before being employed with Windows Now.
If the results are deemed that the applicant fails to meet the inherent physical requirements of the position, then the applicant will not be considered for appointment, or if the employee has already been appointed, the employment may be cancelled or terminated.
All successful applicants are required to complete a Preliminary Health Declaration Form; with this, Windows Now advises that failure to disclose any or all relevant physical, medical or any other illness, injury or condition, or any past or pre-existing illness, injury or condition suffered by you which may affect your ability to fulfil inherent requirements of the position(s) applied for may result in you being disentitled to claim compensation according to the current Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act in respect of any further injury or illness, recurrence, exacerbation or aggravation of this injury, disease or condition.

Windows Now’s recruitment system, medical, police check, reference checking and onboarding processes are hosted by external service providers who also recognise the importance of privacy.
